About CoworkHow
Your independent guide to mastering Claude Cowork
Who Writes CoworkHow
Jason Guo is the founder and lead writer of CoworkHow. He has spent over a decade building software products and developer tools, and has been working with large language models since the early days of the GPT API. When Claude Cowork launched, he started using it daily for file organization, research synthesis, and document automation — and realized there was no independent, practical guide for non-developers.
Every guide on this site is written from hands-on experience. Jason tests each workflow, reproduces each error, and verifies claims against official Claude Help documentation before publishing. If a feature changes, the guide is updated — usually within a week.
You can reach Jason directly at support@coworkhow.com with questions, corrections, or feedback.

Independence Statement
CoworkHow is an independent resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC or any of its products. Claude and Cowork are trademarks of Anthropic.
Our content is based on publicly available information, official documentation, and hands-on experience with the product. For official information, please visit the Anthropic website.
Editorial Standards
We review core guides against official Claude Help, Anthropic announcements, original security research, and hands-on product testing. Pages that discuss pricing, plan access, platform support, security, or product availability are prioritized for verification because those details change quickly.
If you find outdated or incorrect information, email us with the page URL and the source we should check. We update confirmed corrections promptly and add source notes to high-impact guides where readers need extra context.
How We Review Content
Product availability, plan access, platform support, security behavior, and pricing can change quickly. For those topics, we prefer primary sources first: Claude Help, Anthropic announcements, official product pages, original research disclosures, and direct product checks.
When a page gives operational advice, we try to separate confirmed behavior from judgment. For example, a setup page should say what Claude Help currently states, then explain a cautious first test folder. A security page should link to the original disclosure or vendor guidance instead of relying only on summaries.
High-impact pages include a visible review note with the last verification date and the source categories checked. If a detail is likely to change, we avoid presenting it as permanent.
Corrections Policy
If you report an error, please include the page URL, the specific sentence that looks wrong, and the source we should compare against. We prioritize corrections that affect safety, access, platform support, pricing, or user trust.
Confirmed corrections are updated on the relevant page. For core guides, we also update the visible review note so readers can tell when the page was last checked.
We do not accept anonymous corrections that cannot be checked against a page, product behavior, or primary source.
